Job Description
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.
Role
Business Engagement Service manager performs variety of support tasks to render Banking services to customers. The aim is to increase and deepen banking relationship with existing to Bank customers through active engagement, cross-sell and upsell to achieve "Sales through Service" while maintaining the banking relationship with them.
Job Responsibilities
- To handle Service Requests routed via touchpoints, i.e. Call Centre, Branches, Sales etc.
- Able to handle time-sensitive customer requests within SLA
- To handle administrative work or support existing team in timely manner
- Able to call and follow up on KYC related enquiries or clarifications
- To be equipped to managed product related enquires
- To assist and facilitate Online Performance or Banker's guarantee application
- To be equipped and able to restructure application request
