Job Descriptions:

• Support the supervisor in rolling out learning and development initiatives that help meet the agency’s short-term and long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism
• Monitor the business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates to achieve planned business targets and objectives
• Deliver learning and development programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded learning formats, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to different audiences.
• Assists the supervisor in identifying opportunities by reviewing data, market trends, and business trends, while developing ideas and insights to support PRUVenture recruitment 
• Support agency/ Company events and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
