We are currently looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join our team at our Brampton office. The successful candidate will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities while working closely with different departments across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data, work orders, invoices, expenses, and other records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with Service, Shop, Parts, Warranty, Warehouse, Accounting, and other departments.
• Review and reconcile transactions, costs, inventory records, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, trackers, and Excel-based analysis.
• Track open work orders, service activities, claims, purchases, inventory, and other outstanding items, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Analyze trends and performance data to identify areas requiring attention and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support audits and internal reviews by gathering, validating, and analyzing operational data and documentation.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Monitor operational processes, identify recurring issues or gaps, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Assist with cost tracking, invoice verification, purchase orders, expense reviews, and other operational transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and support managers with reporting, analysis, and operational projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, or analyst-support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting, reconciliation, transaction tracking, or data analysis is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, automotive, service, parts, warranty, warehouse, or fleet operations is an asset.
