Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Ø  Develop NVH strategies, targets, DVP&R requirements and validation plans for new product development.

Ø  制定新产品NVH策略、目标、DVP&R要求及验证计划。

Ø  Execute modal, operational vibration, acoustic, road load, transfer path analysis (TPA), FRF and durability related testing.

Ø  开展模态、运行振动、声学、道路载荷、传递路径分析(TPA)、FRF及耐久相关测试。

Ø  Analyze FFT, order tracking, coherence, cepstrum and time-frequency results to identify root causes.

Ø  利用FFT、阶次分析、相干分析、倒谱及时频分析识别问题根因。

Ø  Investigate customer issues involving valve noise, gear whine, chain drive/clutch noise, resonance, squeak and rattle.

Ø  分析电磁阀噪声、齿轮啸叫、链系统/离合器噪声、共振及异响问题。

Ø  Support load data acquisition and spectrum development using eDAQ, VBOX and NCode tools.

Ø  利用eDAQ、VBOX及NCode工具开展载荷采集及载荷谱开发。

Ø  Use LMS Test.Lab, Simcenter and Head Acoustics systems for measurement and diagnostics.

Ø  应用LMS Test.Lab、Simcenter及Head Acoustics系统开展测试及诊断。

Ø  Generate technical reports and recommend design improvements to engineering teams.

Ø  编写技术报告并向研发团队提出设计改进建议。

Ø  Support NVH laboratory planning, equipment procurement and calibration.

Ø  支持NVH实验室规划、设备采购及标定。

Ø  Collaborate with customers, suppliers, global engineering teams.

Ø  与客户、供应商、全球研发团队协同工作。

Ø  Coach junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ø  指导初级工程师并推动持续改进项目。

Ø  This position will adhere to safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.

Ø  Meet EHS responsibilities requirement.

Ø  This position requires approximately 30%-40% travel to customer engineering centers, proving grounds, test laboratories, supplier facilities. Responsibilities include customer issue investigations, vehicle and subsystem NVH testing, road load data acquisition, validation support, technical reviews, and global project collaboration.

Requirements / Qualifications

Ø  Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Acoustics, Dynamics or related field.

Ø  本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、声学、力学等相关专业。

Ø  5+ years NVH development, testing or analysis experience in automotive industry.

Ø  5年以上汽车行业NVH开发、测试或分析经验。

Ø  Experience with hydraulic solenoids, suspension systems, transmission driveline systems, engine timing systems or clutch systems preferred.

Ø  具有液压电磁阀、悬架系统、变速箱传动系统、发动机正时系统或离合器系统经验优先。

Ø  Strong knowledge of modal analysis, FFT, order analysis, FRF, TPA and signal processing.

Ø  精通模态分析、FFT、阶次分析、FRF、TPA及信号处理。

Ø  Hands-on experience with LMS Test.Lab, Head Acoustics, Simcenter, eDAQ, VBOX and NCode.

Ø  熟练使用LMS Test.Lab、Head Acoustics、Simcenter、eDAQ、VBOX及NCode。

Ø  ANSYS, ABAQUS, ADAMS, Romax or Nastran experience preferred.

Ø  具有ANSYS、ABAQUS、ADAMS、Romax或Nastran经验优先。

Ø  Strong English communication and presentation skills.
