Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate has extensive experience driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic media buying and data-driven campaign optimization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-performing Meta ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, testing creatives and audiences, and continuously improving return on ad spend (ROAS). You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to execute growth-focused advertising strategies for international brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-budget Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies focused on lead generation, eCommerce sales, or customer acquisition.
• Conduct audience research, targeting optimization, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations for scaling campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion performance.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Troubleshoot account issues, tracking discrepancies, and ad performance fluctuations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a high level.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS performance.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution models.
• Experience handling monthly ad budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+.
• Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or direct-response brands is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
