POSITION TITLE: Senior Merchandiser (Denim & Non Denim Tops )

LOCATION OF POSITION:  Shunde, China

REPORTING TO: Assistant Merchandise Manager

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Responsible for global business to carry out efficiently merchandising services.

Strong negotiation with the supply chain partners, monitor product development flow, ensuring quality and  achieve division’s business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

Meet brands’ target price and delivery. If difficult, come up with alternative and discuss with the team Supervisor. Follow up developments with regional offices and internal parties to ensure design satisfaction and on-time delivery. Review Cost packages thoroughly to ensure accuracy of all data prior to submit for review Check & arrange sample submission directly for approval. Ensure documents from factories, e.g. vendor review reports, cost break ups, mini markers etc come on time & are complete. Other duties assigned by Supervisor

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Include but not limited to

• Skills: Day to day Merchandising skills. Product knowledge Also should have basic knowledge on Social Compliance;
• Experience 5 years.
• Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing
• Competency required:

  Be able to communicate efficiently  in writing and verbally with counterpart/Vendor/customer and internal associates of all concern department

  Strong Organizing ability

  Posses’ analytical mind and attention to details.

  Good interpersonal skill

  Proficient in applying MS office ,word ,Excel and power point

  Confident with “can do” attitude

  Be proactive to identify and report any potential issues/risk in a timely manner.

  Familiar on woven garments especially denim items & wash process.

  Good knowledge on graphic handling.
