This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised brand and play a key role in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Running, Training and Teamsport. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, agency partners and internal stakeholders, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns, athlete and partnership activations, events, social content and seasonal go-to-market initiatives that connect consumers to the PUMA brand.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of the Performance Marketing team, helping to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered seamlessly while supporting broader brand and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of brand marketing activities across Running, Training and Teamsport.
• Assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinating partnership and sponsorship deliverables across Performance categories.
• Supporting seasonal Go-To-Market planning and campaign implementation.
• Managing Performance social content calendars in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating content publishing and ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Managing product allocation, ordering and inventory requirements for marketing initiatives.
• Coordinating digital asset packs and distributing campaign assets to relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting event planning, logistics and onsite execution.
• Managing invoices, budget tracking and marketing administration requirements.
• Coordinating team meetings, work-in-progress sessions and key project updates.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered to a high standard.

YOUR TALENT

About You

You're passionate about marketing, sport and consumer brands, and you're looking for an opportunity where you can continue to develop your career within a global organisation.

We're looking for someone with:

• 1-3 years' experience in Brand Marketing, ideally within consumer, sporting, lifestyle or FMCG environments, or agency-side experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid understanding of social, digital and consumer marketing.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused approach.
• Genuine passion for sport and sports culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and exposure to Adobe Photoshop or similar creative tools.
