The Role

Reporting to the Tax Director, this position is a key contributor to the Corporate Tax department, specifically to the International Tax Compliance function.  If you are a highly motivated and experienced tax professional looking to be part of a growing, high caliber team environment, then this is an opportunity you should consider. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 3-5+ years of corporate tax experience in Big 4 public accounting or combination of public accounting and in-house corporate tax reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; Master’s in taxation and/or CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge in U.S. corporate consolidated tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Strong working knowledge of tax software systems (Corptax preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Working knowledge in tax accounting and provision processes
• Working knowledge in U.S. foreign reporting including foreign source income, foreign tax credit calculations, foreign local tax compliance and Pillar II reporting is a plus 
• Highly collaborative tax professional with experience working across all tax and accounting functions with a track record of increasing responsibility and adding value at all levels
• Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
