Functional (job responsibilities)
- Grow new and existing PB customer to meet bank objective
- To grow fee income from FX, DCD, OTT and Master Card Spend
- Reduce COF by manage the pricing efficiency for new and existing customer upon rollover
- Drive the cross selling business to the PFS loan growth
- Provide superior customer services,
- Assist Line Manger to lead and manage Priority Banking team to serve customers
- Propose new initiatives and strategic relationships for support of priority banking products as well as other consumer banking products and support transaction banking for Priority Banking customer or update the existing products to response to the customer need
- To improve all partnerships include in our Priority Banking lifestyle package.
- Provide the financial solution and maintain the relationship to growth customer high net worth and Priority Banking Account.
- Build a strong networking with all net worth customers to promote the banking products and services included cross sales products
- Presentation product or Participate in other business activities organized by the group of business owner, associations and others to build a good networking and exploring the sales opportunities for the bank
- Coaching team and Lead by example the highest standards in terms of teamwork, customer and staff care, and management competence and ethics.
- Work with other task assigned by Line Manager and Head of PFS sale
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager and management
- Growth Casa based from the priority banking product and other cross sales
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Coaching the PB team memember by providing training, coaching and mentoring toward the target
- Develop the skill set and capabilities of the staff in line with the market’s changing
Education/Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance & banking or other related degrees
Experience/Requirements
- At least 7-8 experience in the banking in leading deposit sales team especially PB
- Good knowledge in banking with customer services and dealing with high net worth customers especially and foreign customers
- Experience in dealing with management, customers & foreign customers
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good Leadership and motivation skills.s
- Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
- Conscious of details and accuracy
- English are proficiency
