What You Will Do:
Lead Sales with Target across all Siete temperature states & categories.
Create strategies, plans, and selling stories to support Siete’s distribution goals with every shelf revision and transition.
Ensure Siete’s shelf placement enables brand awareness goals and maximizes on-shelf availability.
Build and execute a competitive promotion and display strategy that achieves Siete’s net revenue goals and drives Target’s category performance.
Partner with Siete Shopper Marketing to create a Roundel plan that supports Siete & Target’s business goals.
Own the sales order forecast and work closely with Sales Planning and Demand Planning to measure progress to plan.
Represent and advocate internally for Target’s needs, aligning to their evergreen growth pillars of wellness, newness, and seasonal moments.
Develop, maintain, and elevate relationships with Target team members.
Manage customer trade spend within annual spending guidelines.
Partner with Target procurement to minimize out of stocks and ensure display readiness.
Monitor broker performance against annual objectives and grow broker representatives into brand experts.
Coordinate with Siete cross-functional leaders and event planners to represent Siete in large Target meeting formats such as visits to Siete HQ, Target’s Innovation Collective, and other high-level meetings.
Analyze and report back on market conditions, promotion execution, customer issues, and competitive intelligence.
Represent Siete at industry conferences and trade events.
Willing to travel up to 15% and attend trade shows.
Your Experience:
5+ years relevant selling experience, direct selling experience with Target and WM preferred
Prior experience in CPG food/beverage is a must.
Relationship experience with retail/grocery, brokers, distributors, etc.
Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (SPINS, Nielsen, Circana, etc.), Target systems experience preferred
