What You Will Do

The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Labour & Material sales growth across Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Low Side service offerings. The role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, generating service business opportunities, influencing project specifications, and achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

How You Will Do It

• Drive Labour & Material (L&M) service sales to achieve assigned sales targets and margin objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to promote Johnson Controls service solutions.
• Influence project specifications and position Johnson Controls products and services during the early stages of project development.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, market surveys, and sales presentations to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams for solution development, proposal preparation, costing, and quotation submissions.
• Develop and maintain existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new customers and service agreements.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with customers and effectively resolve business-related concerns.
• Prepare service proposals, technical submissions, quotations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely order booking and smooth handover of awarded projects to the operations team.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts, tender status, and activity reports.
• Support collection activities and work closely with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration and customer engagement.

What We Look For

Required

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in service sales, project sales, or solution sales within Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, ACMV, or related industries.
• Understanding of building services, HVAC systems, BAS/BMS solutions, and service business operations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to travel frequently based on business requirements.

Preferred

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
• Strong network with consultants, building owners, facility managers, and key market influencers.
• Knowledge of the North India building services and service sales market.
• Experience in Labour & Material service sales for BAS, HVAC, or building technologies.
