YOUR MISSION

• Own the global motorsport social strategy, including publishing plans and content calendars for @pumamotorsport across all platforms
• Lead community engagement and maximize partner activations to strengthen brand presence
• Drive creative direction for motorsport campaigns, product launches, and culturally relevant moments
• Oversee social briefs and copy decks, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
• Manage live event coverage and real-time content delivery for key motorsport events
• Analyze and report social performance, using insights to optimize future activations
• Build strategic relationships with partners, creators, and agencies to elevate content quality
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
  

YOUR TALENT

• 5–7 years’ global social media experience, ideally in sports or consumer brands
• Proven expertise in global social strategy, publishing, and content planning
• Strong creative judgment across campaigns, launches, communities, and live events
• Data-driven approach to performance and content optimization
• Excellent communication and influence across global stakeholders and partners
• High autonomy and leadership skills, with experience developing team members.
