PURPOSE

Lead the end-to-end execution and governance of the Future Me Program in the in-charge city/ region, building a disciplined, productive and sustainable full-time agency force through structured recruitment, onboarding, activation and a 12-month+ professional development journey.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Cohort Management: Own candidate pipeline, assessment, onboarding, activation, development and graduation.
• Program Execution: Implement the Foundation, Activation, Growth and Professional stages and track milestones.
• Activity Rhythm: Drive sales meetings, mandatory training, coaching, field support, workshops, lead-generation and recognition activities.
• Coaching & Intervention: Conduct goal setting, check-ins and action plans for low-activity or at-risk Future Me agents.
• Performance & Quality: Monitor recruitment, attendance, learning, activity, production, retention, persistency and graduation.
• Governance: Ensure reporting accuracy, budget discipline, compliance and timely issue escalation.
• Ecosystem & Experience: Drive adoption of digital tools, customer-management practices, office facilities and program benefits.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align Agency leaders, Trainers and support functions on schedules, resources and interventions.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• University degree.
• 5-8 years in insurance, financial services, sales-force development or program management.
• Experience in structured recruitment, onboarding, activation or capability-building programs.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Strong analysis of activity, productivity, retention, quality and cost data.
