Support the Director, Product Management in managing Qiddiya's Corporate Marketing digital product portfolio, focused on digital marketing, MarTech, customer experience, and connected digital platforms. The Senior Manager provides hands-on product and portfolio support across discovery, roadmap and prioritization analysis, backlog readiness, delivery coordination, launch readiness, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment. The role develops the analysis and recommendations needed to support Director-led vision, investment, and key decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio strategy, prioritization and roadmap support: Support the Director in shaping product direction and roadmaps. Assess initiatives against value, customer impact, urgency, effort, readiness, risk, dependencies, reuse, and strategic alignment; translate agreed direction into MVP scope, sequencing, and trade-off recommendations.
- Product discovery and business translation: Lead structured discovery with business, users, data, and delivery teams to define problems, outcomes, journeys, use cases, capabilities, success measures, and clear requirements.
- Backlog, requirements and ways of working: Maintain backlogs, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope, with clear hierarchy, ownership, decisions, documentation, and traceability across product tools.
- Delivery and lifecycle coordination: Coordinate product work from design through build, testing, launch, and optimization, working with Delivery, UX/UI, Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, vendors, and other teams to manage blockers, dependencies, and risks.
- Technology and solution decision support: Work with Architecture and Engineering to assess build, buy, reuse, and hybrid options, considering customer value, capability fit, integration, scalability, speed, cost, and reuse across products.
- Customer experience, measurement and optimization: Champion user-centric design, accessibility, localization, and content readiness. Support KPI and measurement definition, ensure analytics are built into requirements, and use performance and customer insight to support improvement.
- Portfolio governance and stakeholder coordination: Operate portfolio intake, stage-gate, reporting, and escalation processes under Director direction. Maintain visibility of ownership, scope, funding needs, dependencies, decisions, and approvals, and coordinate day-to-day alignment across key teams.
- Financial, resource and vendor support: Support budgeting, forecasting, business cases, resource planning, investment analysis, procurement inputs, RFP criteria, and vendor evaluation.
- Risk, compliance and release readiness: Coordinate cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, accessibility, legal, brand, and quality requirements, including UAT, business and operational readiness, analytics readiness, and agreed acceptance criteria before launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in , Product Management, Technology, Digital Business, Marketing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong digital product management experience in Corporate Marketing, MarTech, B2B Platforms, customer experience, digital commerce, or related marketing-led environments, with exposure to portfolio or multi-product management. Hands-on experience in discovery, roadmap and backlog management, cross-functional delivery, launch readiness, and optimization is expected.
- Experience in complex customer-facing organizations such as entertainment, tourism. Exposure to B2B or partner platforms, CRM/MarTech, payments, content platforms, or integrated customer ecosystems is advantageous.
- Relevant product, portfolio, programme, project, or agile certifications are preferred.
