What will be your main responsibilities?

The Senior Manager, Center of Excellence & Digital - EBS (GBS – Global Business Service) is responsible for driving operational excellence, end-to-end process governance, continuous improvement, performance management, digital enablement, analytics, and enterprise transformation across Enterprise Business Services (EBS). The role combines responsibilities from Continuous Improvement, PMO, Operating Model, E2E Process Ownership, Insights and Governance to ensure standardized, scalable, customer-centric and data-driven operations. The position partners with Global Process Owners, Business Leaders, Delivery Centers, Digital and IT teams to optimize performance, accelerate transformation, strengthen governance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

The main activities are:

• Transformation, PMO & Digital Enablement: Lead medium and large-scale transformation programs; manage project portfolios, prioritization, risk management and executive reporting; partner with Digital and IT teams to deploy automation, process mining, workflow solutions, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

• Process Governance, Operating Model & Performance Management: Standardize and govern end-to-end processes; maintain operating models, process documentation, controls, process maps, governance routines, KPI and SLA frameworks; conduct maturity assessments and identify opportunities for harmonization and service excellence.

• Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Lead Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence initiatives; drive process simplification, waste reduction, productivity improvements and sustainable performance gains; establish CI methodologies, training and capability-building programs.

• Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Influence senior leaders, Global Process Owners and regional stakeholders; drive change management, governance forums and strategic alignment; develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement.

• Budget/Forecast Management: Work with FP&A and business leads to build, monitor and report budget and forecast for EBS.

What do you need for this role?

• Advanced English

• Strong experience in Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, Operational Excellence, Process Management or Enterprise Transformation.

• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Project & Program Management and Operating Model Design.

• Experience with Digital Transformation, Automation, Process Mining, Analytics and Workflow Technologies.

• Advanced communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Education: Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Economic, Business Management, Administration, or related field.

• Certifications: Business Process Management GBS and Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PMO
