Summary
As a Senior Litigation Support Analyst, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, you will work with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will assist attorneys on cases by providing computerized support to help them plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present their cases in a more cost and time efficient manner. You will provide the day-to-day support of data management and review platforms. You will provide technology support and services to an assigned office, location, or practice group.

Location
This position can sit in any of our US offices and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities   

• Assist in managing cases/projects on various levels and at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support various databases throughout the duration of a case, including creating user accounts, granting access, creating review layouts and assisting with searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and perform quality control before data is produced.
• Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform.
• Assist attorney in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provide court assistance as required.
• Assist with data imports and exports and data manipulation, as needed.
• Process ESI through sophisticated technology application for data analysis, such as Clearwell.
• Target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engines; assist with collection efforts on an as needed basis.
• Provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
• Mentor other members of the team.
• Assist in developing /maintaining best practices for the department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education    

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Minimum Years of Experience 

• 6 years of experience in litigation technology support to include the installation, configuration and maintenance of applications such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction. Must have experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.

Work Environment    
The individual selected for this position may have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work. The specific arrangement will be determined at the time of hiring and may be modified at the firm's discretion.

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $57.88 - $92.04 per hour depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
