• Serve as a credible advocate for employees and leadership on HR matters, fostering a transparent and accountable work environment.

• Champion initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the organization.

• Develop and execute forward-thinking HR strategies that align with business goals, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness and success.

• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, compliance, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent practices.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing HR processes and systems, recommending and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Mentor HR team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the HR function’s strategic capabilities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR strategies.

• Prepare and present regular updates on HR initiatives and metrics to senior leadership, highlighting challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership or HRBP roles, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.

• Proven expertise in advanced data management, analytics, and strategic reporting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
