We're looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key B2B customers, building long term relationships with decision makers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross selling, and the expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored payment solutions in close collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead commercial discussions, prepare offers, support contract negotiations, and coordinate customer related projects through to successful completion.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities while ensuring a consistently high level of customer experience.

What you'll bring

• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and growing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a confident approach to engaging decision makers and senior stakeholders.
• Customer focused, entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, proactive, and results oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in the payments, financial services, software, or technology industry.
• Experience managing large or strategic enterprise accounts.
• Experience with CRM systems and working in an international, matrixed organization.
