About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead one of Dyson’s strategic international partner. 

You will own the account vision and commercial strategy, driving sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring best‑in‑class execution across all channels. 
Key responsibilities: 

• Own and deliver the long‑term account strategy, aligned to Dyson’s commercial objectives 
• Lead joint business planning, using insight into shopper behaviour, market trends, and competition 
• Drive sales, profitability, forecasting, and budget ownership 
• Manage the end‑to‑end promotional cycle, investment effectiveness and new product launches 
• Partner cross‑functionally with finance, supply chain, operations, commercial and international teams 
• Analyse retailer profitability and turn data into actionable insight
• Analyse retailer SISOT trend and turn data into actionable insight to share with your account to speed up Sell OUT 
• Ensure outstanding Dyson brand execution across retailers online and physical estate 
• Strengthen shopper and consumer understanding through category management and insight‑led initiatives 

About you

You are a commercially strong leader with experience managing senior retail partnerships reporting to the National Head of KAM with a strong connection with International peers and the Account International coordinator. 
You will bring: 

• 6+ years’ experience in key account management, ideally in consumer goods or retail 
• A strong track record of driving growth and leading high‑performing teams 
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills 
• Solid experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management 
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills 
• A collaborative, resilient and results‑driven mindset
• Fluent in English and Italian is a must have
