Job Description:

Dimensional's Investment Solutions Group (ISG) acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education, and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content. As a strategic partner to Dimensional's client and distribution teams, ISG plays a critical role in helping advisors, consultants, and investors understand the value of Dimensional's investment philosophy and solutions.

The Senior Investment Strategist will lead the continued development of sales enablement capabilities within ISG while serving as a senior investment strategist and strategic partner to the firm's client and distribution leadership. The role combines investment expertise, cross-functional leadership, content strategy, and direct engagement with client-facing teams.

The successful candidate will partner with ISG leadership to establish and align with sales priorities, align content and training initiatives with business objectives, and develop scalable programs that help distribution teams communicate Dimensional's investment philosophy and solutions with confidence and consistency across client channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales priorities alignment framework that supports Dimensional's global distribution efforts.
• Partner with client and distribution leadership to identify emerging client needs, field challenges, and content gaps.
• Design and deliver investment-focused training programs for regional directors, client relationship groups, and other client-facing professionals.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Portfolio Consulting, and Product Management teams to ensure consistency of investment messaging across audiences and channels.
• Develop processes to evaluate content usage, training effectiveness, and overall impact of sales support efforts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams on Dimensional's investment philosophy, products, and portfolio implementation approaches.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with client and distribution teams to inform content development, training priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to support investment narratives, product campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Design advisor and internal education programs that improve investment fluency and communication effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content accessibility, scalability, and adoption across distribution channels.
• Support high-profile client engagements, conferences, and industry events requiring advanced investment expertise and strategic coordination.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving ISG, Global Client Group, Marketing, and other key business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of asset management experience, preferably including experience in sales, distribution, product marketing, product management, or investment strategy.
• Prior leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Experience developing investment content, training programs, or sales enablement initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Dimensional's investment approach and solutions, as well as advisor and investment consultant business models.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success supporting commercial organizations through investment expertise, education, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels while operating effectively in a collaborative environment.
