Monitor fund liquidity and assess upcoming funding requirements to determine whether activities can be funded with available cash or require borrowing under the applicable credit facility.
  •  Partner closely with investment teams, fund administrators, custodians, Treasury, Finance, Infrastructure Operations, and front office teams to support the timely and accurate execution of investment activities.
  •  Monitor operational risks and maintain a strong control environment, including segregation of duties, bank portal entitlements, transaction approvals, documentation standards, and audit and compliance support.
  •  Lead or participate in process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and implementation of new operational workflows to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.
  •  Develop, maintain, and enhance operating procedures, controls, and process documentation across Private Markets Investment Operations, including documentation for new and evolving processes.
  •  Serve as a subject matter resource and escalation point, providing guidance and cross-training to team members and supporting consistent application of operational processes and controls.
