Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) to support the Canadian Chinook program in Hazelwood, MO or Chicago, IL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation, development and coordination of integrated program plans/schedules                   
• Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives
• Identify risks/opportunities and develop mitigation plans
• Develop and establish lead time requirements and performance recovery plan
• Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules changes and baseline management
• Primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.
• 3+ years’ experience working with OPP Professional

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
• 5+ years' experience working cross-functional team projects and initiatives.
• Experience working on DoD programs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

 

Summary Pay Range: $118,150- $171,350
