YOUR MISSION

• Hauptansprechpartner*in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden der zu betreuenden Bereiche
• Proaktive Beratung der Führungskräfte bei persönlichen Führungsthemen, Teamentwicklungen, Organisationsveränderungen sowie allen sonstigen operativen und strategisch P&O-relevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
• Verantwortliche Steuerung des Personalmanagements in seiner gesamten Bandbreite von der Personalplanung und der Rekrutierung bis hin zur Umsetzung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen (Recruiting, Onboarding, Personalkostenplanung, Gehaltsrunden, interne und globale Versetzungen, internationale Einsätze, Abmahnungen, Kündigungen, Aufhebungen etc.)
• Enge proaktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen P&O-Kompetenzcentern
• Weiterentwicklung bestehender P&O-Prozesse und Instrumentarien  
• Mitverantwortung bei der Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen in den betreuten Fachbereichen
• Gestaltung und Steuerung von Talent Management-Prozessen und Instrumenten
• Durchführung von Einzelcoachings und Mediationen
• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
• Organisation und Durchführung von Sonderprojekten.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in BWL, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar, mit Fokus auf HR
• Mindestens 5-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal, P&O Business Partnering; praktische Erfahrung in operativen Personalprozessen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich deutsches Arbeitsrecht und Personalmanagement
• Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
• Eigenständige, effiziente, genaue und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Flexibilität, Engagement und Eigeninitiative
• Spaß an der kollaborativen Zusammenarbeit
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Workday Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil
• Diese Position ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit verfügbar.
