Als Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) gestalten Sie moderne Personalarbeit aktiv mit und positionieren sich als strategischer Partner für unsere Fachbereiche und Standorte. Sie stärken Führungskräfte in ihrer Wirksamkeit, treiben organisatorische Weiterentwicklung voran und verantworten ein professionelles Employee Relationship Management. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der vertrauensvollen, lösungsorientierten und verhandlungssicheren Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
• Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsfähigen HR-Organisation über mehrere Standorte hinweg
• Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit und Verhandlungen mit den lokalen Betriebsräten
• Steuerung und Umsetzung von Change- und Organisationsentwicklungsinitiativen
• Leitung sowie aktive Mitarbeit in lokalen, regionalen und globalen HR-Projekten
• Nutzung von HR Analytics und KPIs zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung und Prozessoptimierung
• Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit (bis zu 30%) zu unseren Standorten in der DACH-Region

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium und mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung im internationalen Konzernumfeld
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten, inklusive Verhandlungskompetenz und sicherer Anwendung der Mitbestimmungsprozesse
• Souveränes Auftreten und nachweisliche Beratungskompetenz auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen, bis hin zum Senior Management
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
• Expertise in Change Management, Projektleitung sowie moderner, progressiver Personalarbeit
• Analytische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und souveräner Umgang mit arbeits-, betriebsverfassungs- und tarifrechtlichen Fragestellungen
