Overview

As our Senior Growth Marketing Specialist for the DACH region, you will own the growth funnel for our biggest and most important market, turning curious visitors into booked demos. Working hands-on in HubSpot, you'll design experiments, automate the customer journey, and build the systems that turn one-off wins into compounding, measurable growth. This is a role for someone who treats a stalled conversion rate as a puzzle worth solving, and who loves watching the numbers move because of something they built. ✨

Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Your Tasks

• Own funnel performance for DACH: track and improve conversion at every stage (Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo), and diagnose why the funnel leaks, not just report where
• Design and run automated lead nurturing in HubSpot: build workflows that re-engage inactive leads and measurably move them toward demo bookings; retire and rebuild workflows as they age out
• Direct paid media strategy jointly with the Performance Marketing Manager: bring demand and funnel-gap analysis to the table and help decide where budget moves, rather than executing campaigns to spec
• Manage HubSpot lead scoring and qualification: set and refine scoring rules, own the weekly Hot Lead qualification process, and adjust the model as intent signals change
• Run structured experimentation: lead A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and nurture flows, and use results to change strategy, not just to report metrics
• Build and maintain repeatable playbooks: document DACH campaign processes clearly enough that a freelancer or junior marketer could execute them without guidance
• Partner directly with DACH Sales: run a regular feedback loop on lead quality and intent signals, and push back on the sales team using data when needed
• Mentor junior marketers, freelancers, and contractors: this starts immediately, not after a year in the role
• Report to and advise the Team Lead: surface market-specific patterns that should shift broader growth marketing strategy

Your Profile

• Native-level German and confident, business-fluent English
• Senior-level experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing automation or similar, with a proven track record of owning a funnel end to end
• Hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM) experience - you build the workflows, you don't just admire them
• A genuine feel for B2B SaaS or subscription funnels and what makes a conversion rate tick
• A builder's instinct: you've created something - a workflow, a playbook, a scoring model - that outlasted you and kept working after you moved on
• Methodical and structured: you codify what works into repeatable processes rather than reinventing the approach each time
• Comfortable giving clear direction to Sales and Content teams without formal authority, and happy owning your work independently while staying closely plugged into the wider team
• A curious, experiment-driven mind with a bias for action: you form a hypothesis, test it, and iterate until it clicks
• A degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Bonus points for SEO know-how, experience mentoring junior marketers or freelancers, or a soft spot for sports
