Lead the Geology Technician team in the performance of underground geological activities and core yard duties required to facilitate the safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction and growth of the mineral resource.

About the role:

• Lead and mentor the Geology Technician team.
• Manage daily core yard operations and processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely geological data collection and entry.
• Conduct QAQC on sample collection, documentation, and dispatch.
• Support surface and underground sampling and mapping activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures.

About you:

• Previous underground gold mining experience
• C Class drivers manual license
• Previous supervisory experience would be highly regarded
• INX and LMS experience
• Experience incident reporting, investigation, effective controls, and safe work practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022
