YOUR CHALLENGE

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven working experience.
• Experience: Minimum of seven years of Java development experience, along with minimum of three years of Frontend / Full-Stack development experience.
• Tech stack: Spring Boot, service-oriented architecture, RESTful services, SQL (Oracle), React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kubernetes (PKS), Virtual Machines, streaming (Kafka, Avro), OpenAPI, and UML.
• Financial domain expertise: Solid understanding of client pricing domain and core banking systems.
• Engineering practices: Proven delivery experience using test-oriented development approaches, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), with a strong appreciation for automated testing and quality assurances measures.
• DevOps understanding: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and modern deployment concepts. 
• Soft skills: Pragmatic, open-minded, and entrepreneurial, with a can-do attitude. You take pride in your work and lead by example.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment.
• Language: English C1 level with fluent business proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar is a plus.
