Job Summary

Support the execution of Marina Bay Sands’ Loyalty Program by coordinating marketing initiatives, campaigns, communications, and events. Working closely with senior stakeholders and partners, this role ensures loyalty initiatives are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to premium brand standards—driving member engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of loyalty campaigns, offers, benefits updates, and program enhancements to drive acquisition, retention, and member engagement.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver promotion plans that incentivize reward earning and redemption.

• Manage the scheduling and deployment of member communications across relevant channels.

• Support the development of marketing collaterals and campaign materials aligned to program objectives.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns, promotions, and initiatives are executed accurately and within timelines.

• Partner with Finance and IT on promotion setup and system-related requirements where applicable.

• Assist in the planning and execution of loyalty programme related events and member activities in collaboration with Special Events and Operations teams.

• Prepare reports and support analysis for campaigns, offers, events, and promotions to track performance and outcomes.

• Consolidate customer and stakeholder feedback from initiatives for review and continuous improvement.

• Handle internal and external enquiries professionally and effectively.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree holder related to Marketing or Business.
• Excellent command in MS Office Suite and good knowledge in MS Project.

Experience

• One to two years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or collateral production preferred

• Experience in loyalty marketing within casino, integrated resort, retail, travel, and financial institution environment, both on marketing and operational levels, will be an advantage.

• Candidates with comparatively less relevant experience may be assessed for an Executive level.

Other Prerequisites

• Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.

• Must be a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in both English and Chinese, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills required for translating and Chinese marketing content development.

• Outgoing with positive attitude will be a bonus

• Excellent numeric skills, good knowledge in MS Word and Excel is preferred
