Job’s Mission
As a Senior Field Process Engineer, you will lead advanced process development and optimization at customer sites. Working with customers, Business Units, and global teams, you will resolve complex technical challenges, lead new product introductions, and contribute to customer and business success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead advanced process development and optimization using ASM platforms.
- Serve as a senior technical contact for customers and understand their future technology needs.
- Lead new product installations, qualifications, and site start-up activities.
- Define project scope, priorities, resources, and technical risk-mitigation plans.
- Resolve complex process and equipment issues through data analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Drive improvements in yield, productivity, tool performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Business Units, and global engineering teams.
- Identify new technical solutions and business opportunities.
- Mentor less-experienced engineers and share technical best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in a relevant technical field.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor processes or manufacturing equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of ALD, CVD, Furnace, Epitaxy, or related technologies.
- Proven experience leading complex technical or customer-facing projects.
- Strong problem-solving, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring engineers.
- Good command of English.

応募要件
- 関連する技術分野における修士以上の学位
- 半導体プロセスまたは半導体製造装置に関する豊富な経験
- ALD、CVD、Furnace、Epitaxyなどに関する高度な専門知識
- 複雑な技術プロジェクトまたは顧客対応プロジェクトのリード経験
- 高い問題解決力、プロジェクト管理力、関係者調整力
- エンジニアへの技術指導または育成経験があれば尚よし
