Role Summary 

This role serves as the operational and cultural backbone of the JLL Asset Beacon, sitting at the intersection of corporate governance and startup execution. The person in this seat acts as the primary liaison between the JV and global HR and Legal, translating corporate standards into practical, scalable solutions that fit a fast-moving startup environment. On the operations side, they build the foundational processes and cross-functional coordination that let the business scale, partnering with leadership on organizational planning and workforce strategy, and with Beacon's finance function on headcount planning and workforce analytics. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

Corporate Liaison 

• Act as the main point of contact between JLL Asset Beacon and global HR, Legal and Finance teams 

• Ensure alignment with corporate standards, governance and reporting requirements 

• Translate startup needs into scalable solutions within corporate guidelines 

Operations & Business Support 

• Build foundational processes that enable the company to scale efficiently 

• Support leadership with organizational planning and workforce strategy 

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the company and with the parent organization 

Legal & Compliance (coordination role) 

• Work with legal teams on employment frameworks, contracts and compliance 

• Support governance related to JLL Asset Beacon’s structure 

Finance Partnership 

• Collaborate with finance on headcount planning, budgeting related to people and operations 

• Support workforce analytics and planning 

• Monthly management dashboard reporting on headcount - actual vs. plan, including new hires, terminations, and open requisitions 

People & Culture 

• Lead people strategy for JLL Asset Beacon in alignment with global HR frameworks 

• Support organizational design, hiring plans, onboarding and employee experience 

• Drive culture initiatives adapted to a startup environment within a global structure 

• Partner with global HR on policies, performance management and talent acquisition development
