M Booth is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist (SDS) to support a rapidly growing and diversifying portfolio of digital business. The SDS would primarily work with our Google clients in support of many of the company’s industry-leading A.I. initiatives, but know that we also support consumer, corporate and technology business from around the agency.

What You’ll Bring:

Responsibilities

• Execute digital/social strategies from concept to completion
• Act as day-to-day lead with multiple clients across accounts, primarily focused on those in A.I., cloud and other developer-focused business units
• Provide strong counsel and recommendations, both for clients and internal teams
• Social campaign development, collaborating across digital and design
• Work with integrated agency teams to develop plans that meet client goals
• Mentor and help develop junior-level team members
• Draft client SOWs and Letters of Agreement for partnerships
• Follow approval processes and legal requirements per individual client needs
• Actively participate in new business opportunities
• Manage social media presence at client events, including real-time monitoring and live content creation support
• Draft industry award submissions on behalf of clients
• Manage influencer programs from concepting to identification to contracting to execution and measurement
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regularly present fresh, proactive ideas to clients

• Client management and account growth
• Expertise across core digital and social channels with a primary focus on Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience creating and executing social media strategies at brand level and campaign level
• Understand how to read a brand book/VIS ID and evolve it for social
• Experience working with measurement and analytics platforms such as
• Development and management of influencer campaigns
• Paid social media experience
• Experience working with project management platforms such as Monday.com
• Video/photo production experience a plus
• Experience in concepting or executing programs that leverage A.I. is a plus

• SALARY:$86,000-$105,000

(New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.)

Location: Remote or in the New York office

Our Flexible Work Policy: 

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event. 

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
