YOUR MISSION

• Report to Head of Innovation
• Collect and secure all technical detail / specifications of sample development 
• Assist the factory in technical spec's creation and ensure timely completion and accuracy for product 
• Communication between Innovation HQ and T1, if new material or new compound work close together with HQ locate in Asia 
• Framework for the new concept and ensure timely completion

YOUR TALENT

• Education college of University graduated
• Professional: at least 3-5 year working experience in shoe industry
• Technically competent (upper and tooling)
• IT skills: MS office and Rhino is plus
• Language skill: English and Mandarin is plus
• Competencies: Passion to provide solution
• Functional skills: Good communication
