Sobre esta vaga de Senior Commercial Development Manager na LEGO
Job Description
Just imagine bringing product, marketing and sales together around one global commercial plan. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Senior Manager, Commercial Development, you'll orchestrate the Global Integrated Commercial Planning process, connecting commercial strategy with coordinated action across the LEGO® Group. You'll bring together global functions and markets, make sense of complex inputs and create the clarity senior stakeholders need to make decisions. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping commercial plans move from ambition to execution.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home if you wish.
Relocation & visa assistance is not offered for this position.
The closing date for all applications is 3rd November 2026. Please submit your CV in English.
Do you have what it takes?
- Led complex commercial or strategic planning cycles, bringing multiple functions or markets together around clear priorities and coordinated execution.
- Turned large, complex datasets into focused commercial recommendations, using advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills to identify the story behind the numbers.
- Created concise executive presentations from complicated business information, giving senior leaders clear choices, consequences and recommended next steps.
- Owned cross-functional planning processes from preparation through delivery, anticipating risks early and keeping milestones, decisions and stakeholders moving.
- Resolved competing priorities across product, marketing, sales or other commercial functions, finding practical routes forward without unnecessary escalation.
- Directed ambiguous projects independently, making sensible decisions with incomplete information rather than waiting for every detail to be settled.
What you'll build
- Orchestrate Integrated Commercial Planning and strengthen alignment between product development, marketing and sales.
- Prepare and deliver key planning milestones, including the annual portfolio go-to-market conference.
- Bring together market plans, commercial ambitions and global priorities to uncover gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Turn complex submissions and performance information into crisp recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- Facilitate planning sessions, workshops and senior stakeholder discussions across the global commercial network.
- Improve planning governance, tools and ways of working as the process evolves.
If you've worked where strategy, analysis and execution meet, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to find the signal in complexity, communicate it simply and take ownership of what needs to happen next.
Life on the team
You'll join Global Commercial Development, working across markets, business units and global functions. The team connects different commercial perspectives, creating alignment where priorities naturally compete. You'll have room to be curious, ask thoughtful questions and make decisions, while staying closely connected to colleagues across the organisation.
What success looks like
You'll quickly establish a view of the full planning landscape and the people who shape it. You'll spot issues early, bring clarity to difficult choices and help stakeholders stay aligned through critical planning moments. Over time, you'll also help make Integrated Commercial Planning simpler, sharper and more effective across the LEGO Group.
