Job Description

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to identify business objectives, KPIs, and technical needs
• Design end-to-end customer journeys and recommend platform features, integrations, and customizations
• Translates business goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
• Collaborate with solution architects, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure successful implementation
• Provide commerce platform expertise, including catalog structure, checkout flow, personalization, and integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding them through complex digital transformations
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, project estimation, and solution presentations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital commerce consulting or similar roles
• Deep knowledge of one or more enterprise commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus, commercetools, or others)
• Strong understanding of commerce processes including catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, and fulfillment
• Experience with headless commerce architectures, APIs, and microservices is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and translate complex business needs into actionable plans
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce B2C or B2B Commerce Cloud certification (or equivalent for other platforms)
• Experience in international commerce projects
• Familiarity with CMS, PIM, or CDP integrations
