As property risk continues to evolve, insurers need more current, property-specific insights to support underwriting, pricing, and portfolio decisions. Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to support and grow relationships with property insurance clients. At the core, you enjoy working with clients. You like building relationships, understanding the problems they’re trying to solve, and helping them get meaningful value from the products they use.

You must have experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or within the P&C insurance ecosystem. Deep insurance expertise is not required, but curiosity and a willingness to quickly learn insurance workflows, analytics, and our products are essential.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. You’re excited to grow into a trusted, strategic partner to your clients over time.

The Opportunity

Use your motivation and experience to:

• Support client relationships from onboarding through renewal
• Drive product adoption and workflow integration within client organizations
• Connect client goals to measurable outcomes using ZestyAI solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk Analytics, Data Science, Support, Marketing, and other teams across ZestyAI to deliver a strong client experience
• Identify opportunities for deeper product usage and expansion

What You’ll Do

• Build strong working relationships with underwriters, analysts, and product stakeholders
• Own regular client touchpoints, drive follow-up, and keep client priorities moving forward
• Support business reviews and connect product adoption, usage, and outcomes to client goals
• Monitor usage trends and client health indicators to understand where clients are seeing value and where they may need additional support
• Bring client feedback and needs back into ZestyAI, helping internal teams understand the problem and coordinate the right response
• Collaborate with senior Client Success leaders on strategic client and team initiatives

What You Bring to the ZestyAI Team

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or direct experience within the P&C insurance ecosystem
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working directly with clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and usage trends
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, and technology
• Comfort working in a high-growth, collaborative environment
• Curiosity and comfort using AI tools to automate routine work, improve efficiency, and make your day-to-day more effective
