We're looking for a Senior Client Partner with a strong focus on Mobility & Logistics who thinks like a consultant, understands technology, brings strategic perspective and acts as a trusted business partner to enterprise clients across the mobility and logistics sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise & develop: Understand the strategic and operational challenges of mobility and logistics organizations, identify business opportunities and translate them into impactful technology solutions
• Build strategic partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with enterprise clients across Mobility & Logistics, engage with senior decision-makers and position Cloudflight as a strategic partner for their digital transformation
• Drive new business: Identify and develop new client relationships within the mobility and logistics markets, lead commercial negotiations and take ownership of the sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure
• Connect business & technology: Work closely with our consulting, engineering and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions across custom software, cloud, data, AI/ML and embedded software, addressing challenges such as connected mobility, intelligent transport systems, supply chain visibility, logistics optimization and data-driven operations
• Grow & create value: Develop client relationships, identify opportunities to expand our footprint within mobility and logistics organizations and contribute to sustainable revenue growth
• Shape the future: Help build our Client Partner team and strengthen Cloudflight’s position in the Mobility & Logistics market by leading complex pursuits collaboratively and connecting client needs with our expertise in strategy, technology, software engineering, cloud, data and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

• Solid experience in enterprise sales, business development, technology consulting or a comparable client-facing role
• Relevant experience in Mobility & Logistics, with an understanding of the sector's business models, market dynamics and digital transformation challenges
• A consultative mindset and the ability to understand complex business and operational challenges and turn them into actionable technology solutions
• A good understanding of technology and digital transformation, including cloud, software engineering, data and AI, and how these capabilities can create business value for mobility and logistics organizations
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build senior-level relationships, develop new business opportunities and close complex deals
• An entrepreneurial attitude, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
