Senior Change Manager – 12 month fixed term contract

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Marsh Investments Team is delivering a range of BAU, transformation change and broader governance and operating model uplift. This role will help bring together several connected initiatives, translating strategy into clear change activity that supports adoption, alignment, and delivery. You will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across a large matrixed environment to simplify change, shape communications, and help land the plan in a practical and engaging way. It will also give you the opportunity to bring creativity to how change is communicated, packaged, and brought to life.

We will count on you to:

• Lead change management activity across a portfolio of connected initiatives, including BAU change, transformation, governance, and operating model uplift
• Work with sponsors, project managers, and business leaders to develop clear change plans aligned to delivery milestones
• Identify impacts, stakeholders, and dependencies, and support engagement across a matrixed environment
• Design and deliver communication, readiness, and adoption activities that help people understand what is changing and why
• Track progress, surface risks or resistance, and provide clear reporting to relevant governance forums

What you need to have:

• Demonstrated experience in change management, with a strong communications background
• Experience working in a large, matrixed environment and partnering with multiple stakeholders
• Well-developed communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Background in financial services or other global matrix change programs
