Job Summary:
Leads and coordinates pursuit and customer engagement efforts to advance business development goals. Applies in-depth knowledge of DPR’s markets, customers, and competitors to develop positioning strategies and pursuit plans. Acts as a trusted advisor and representative of the company in the marketplace, identifying opportunities and positioning the organization for the right work with valued customers and partners. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and capture strategic opportunities while ensuring discipline, accuracy, and consistency across the sales process. Serves as a resource to peers and a contributor to continuous improvement of DPR’s Get Work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads pursuit strategy development, ensuring clear customer insights, differentiators, and win themes.
Partners with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to analyze markets, prioritize customers, and shape business development plans.
Conducts customer and competitor analysis to support go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategies.
Oversees preparation of proposals, presentations, and interviews that reflect the company's value proposition and meet customer expectations.
Manages customer relationship and opportunity data within CRM systems, driving accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis.
Coaches pursuit teams on application of tools and frameworks such as Customer Capture Tool (CCT) and Project Capture Tool (PCT).
Shares lessons learned and best practices to improve pursuit discipline and collaboration across regions and core markets.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
5-10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
