- Deep knowledge of CPQ platforms and the Salesforce ecosystem required; hands-on experience with Apttus/Conga CPQ strongly preferred — covering configuration logic, pricing waterfalls, quoting workflows, and contract lifecycle management. Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns is a plus.
- Write and own high-quality user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria — partnering closely with Product Managers to maintain delivery velocity through disciplined backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment on scope and dependencies.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis — rapidly distilling stakeholder inputs, system constraints, and business rules into structured requirements, process flows, and test cases that serve as the single source of truth for engineering, QA, and revenue operations teams.
- Lead risk and dependency management across CPQ workstreams — proactively surfacing blockers, driving lessons learned, and maintaining documentation quality standards that reduce rework and sustain delivery pace across complex, multi-team programs.
