As a Senior Associate - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and business model reinvention. Within our Strategy practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, building meaningful relationships and gaining insights into diverse industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, navigating complexity, and fostering personal growth. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining professional standards. What You Must Have

- At least a Master of Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
