As a Senior Associate - Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on aligning organizational structures with strategic goals, driving long-term success for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will deliver tailored learning solutions to enhance workforce capabilities and support long-term organizational success. By offering insights into company culture and designing impactful learning programs, you will help clients build a skilled, adaptable workforce that drives performance and growth. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver training needs analysis, curriculum design, and blended training solutions, using industry-standard tools to create engaging learning assets. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across time zones will validate seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing learning solutions to support client transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop curriculum
- Utilizing instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM to create engaging learning experiences
- Developing role-based learning plans and blended training solutions tailored to client needs
- Leveraging industry-standard authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate to create multimedia learning assets
- Publishing and managing content on Learning Management Systems, confirming accessibility standards are met
- Evaluating learning program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 1-3 and refining based on feedback
- Supporting engagement delivery through phases of analysis, design, development, and implementation
- Facilitating workshops and presentations using various collaboration tools
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their development
- Staying informed on the latest trends in learning and development to contribute to internal initiatives
- Developing and presenting innovative ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support organizational change management efforts
- Analyzing business operations and ERP solutions to align learning strategies with organizational goals

What You Must Have

- 4-8 years of prior relevant experience in consulting

- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education (M.Ed.), Communications, HR, Organizational Development or Psychology.

- Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design (e.g., ATD/CPTD, Articulate, or an equivalent recognized ID credential) is required, while PROSCI or other Change Management certifications are preferred and considered an added advantage.
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
