As a Senior Associate in OneStream Implementation for Finance Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused finance consulting services. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex financial operations and develop solutions that meet client needs. This position involves direct client support, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and anticipate client requirements effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and deliver quality work. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, guiding them through client engagement tasks, and maintaining professional standards. Your role will involve using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while also developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

- Leading the implementation of OneStream solutions to enhance financial operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
