JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee a portfolio of digital brands across social platforms including Meta, YouTube, and others — managing platform strategy, content operations, and overall portfolio performance
• Work closely with product design and engineering teams on a suite off app and web digital brands, contributing to the product direction, development, and execution
• Drive programmatic revenue growth across assigned digital properties with clear
• accountability for performance targets
• Research, prototype, and implement agentic AI workflows in support of organizational efficiency projects
• Explore and develop AI-native brand concepts built on automated content operations from the ground up
• Contribute to the structuring and consolidation of content systems and brand data to support AI agent accessibility across properties

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital media, content operations, product management, or a technical role transitioning into product.
• You do not need to be a traditional developer, but you must have a working understanding of AI and have built or experimented with AI tools independently — whether a workflow, automation, or a personal project. Familiarity with the following is strongly preferred:
• Foundational AI concepts including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and agent harnesses
• Automation and workflow tools such as n8n
• AI development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent• Ability to read and work with API documentation independently
• Prompt engineering and working knowledge of how to structure inputs for reliable AI outputs
• Candidates with exposure to more advanced concepts such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), tool use and function calling, multi-agent orchestration, and vector databases will be viewed favorably.
