As a Senior Associate - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC), you will engage with clients to drive value creation through strategic deal-making and commercial diligence. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business scenarios, providing insights that guide clients in making informed investment decisions. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, enhancing your ability to build meaningful relationships and deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop your skills in managing and inspiring others, navigating complex situations, and building your personal brand. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, maintaining professional standards, and using critical thinking to solve intricate problems. This position at PwC Acceleration Center India will allow you to deepen your understanding of the business context and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive financial modeling to support deal strategy and value creation initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking to evaluate mergers and acquisitions strategies and post-merger integration processes
- Collaborating with client teams to identify opportunities for value creation and operational improvements
- Utilizing financial analysis to assess potential risks and benefits of proposed deals
- Developing strategic recommendations to enhance client value in private equity transactions
- Supporting the execution of commercial diligence and value creation projects
- Leveraging industry knowledge to provide insights into market trends and competitive landscapes
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least an MBA degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
