What You Will Get To Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our team at SS&C Technologies Sdn. Bhd. This role involves contributing to key projects, providing analytical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex financial analysis, data reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Manage client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee the daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
• Mentor and train junior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment products, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software platforms (e.g., Advent Geneva, BlackRock Aladdin) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
