业务规划与执行

• 深入分析辖区市场环境、竞争格局，结合品牌策略识别区域业务机会，合理配置资源制定业务发展计划；
• 带领团队合规实施业务计划，与客户进行有效互动，最大程度地开发辖区内的潜在市场确保团队绩效目标达成；
• 定期开展业务复盘与分析，建立业务预测机制评估业务风险并制定应对措施及时调整，确保区域目标达成；
• 熟悉辖区医保、商保、患者支持项目决策流程及关键利益相关方，推动医院准入及产品覆盖；
• 深入了解关键客户需求及区域诊疗现状，推动区域诊疗路径建设及重点中心开发，
• 与领域专家及关键决策者建立长期合作关系，推动区域学术影响力建设。

团队管理与辅导

• 管理并辅导团队维护CRM系统，确保信息记录及时、准确，制定并实施拜访计划，确保达成绩效目标。
• 与团队成员共识目标及关键绩效指标；建立有效的过程管理机制；激励团队持续挑战更高绩效目标。
• 通过共访、一对一辅导及业务反馈提升团队客户管理及学术推广能力；
• 推动团队优秀经验复制与最佳实践分享，营造积极学习和持续成长的团队氛围。
• 制定团队成员个人发展计划（IDP）并跟进执行，定期开展绩效回顾和发展沟通。
• 提升团队凝聚力，降低人员流失率，培养后备人才

合作与数字化敏捷

• 与市场部、医学部、准入部及其他支持团队紧密合作，推动跨部门资源整合和项目执行；
• 分享市场洞察和业务机会，推动客户洞察（Profiling）和数据驱动决策；
• 积极学习并应用公司数字化平台及AI工具，提升团队数字化能力和工作效率；
• 确保业务数据的真实性、完整性和及时性。

合规与风险管理

• 严格遵守公司各项规章制度和合规要求，确保团队所有业务活动符合公司政策及行业规范；

教育程度及证书要求

• 医学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历

岗位所需资质

• 2年以上带领一线业务团队经验；
• 具有MNC或创新药企业工作经验，肿瘤领域经验优先；
• 具有重点医院开发及准入经验优先；
• 具有新产品上市或新适应症上市经验优先；

岗位所需能力

• 具备良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作精神，能独立分析解决问题并在压力下工作。
• 具备成熟的团队管理能力、跨职能沟通能力以及较强的学习能力。
• 具备一定的英文听说读写能力
