Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior DELMIA Apriso Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES/MOM) solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in DELMIA Apriso Process Builder (Mandatory), enterprise architecture, integration frameworks, and global manufacturing operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- US Citizenship (USC) required
- Minimum 8+ years of DELMIA Apriso experience
- Extensive expertise with Apriso Process Builder (Mandatory)
- Proven experience leading MES architecture initiatives
- Experience managing multi-site manufacturing deployments
Key Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise-level Apriso architecture and technical roadmap
- Lead solution architecture workshops
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance MES solutions
- Establish development standards and governance frameworks
- Guide development teams through implementation activities
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments
- Define integration strategies between Apriso and enterprise applications
- Support global digital manufacturing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and manufacturing standards
- Provide executive-level technical recommendations
Required Technical Skills:
- Process Builder, GPM, Business Components, FlexNet/Apriso Architecture, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Traceability, SQL Server, C#, .NET, REST APIs, SOAP, Azure, DevOps, ESB, CI/CD.
Integration Experience:
- SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Teamcenter, Windchill, WMS, SCADA, PLC, IoT, OPC-UA.
Leadership:
- Lead Apriso teams, define standards, perform estimations, support pre-sales, mentor technical resources.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
