Summary
Provides advanced analysis and support for telecommunications systems within the healthcare network. Ensures reliable operation of VoIP and PBX systems and assists with vendor coordination. Plays a key role in troubleshooting and system enhancements.

Job Duties

• Performs advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Coordinates with carriers for service changes and escalations.
• Assists in system upgrades and platform migrations.
• Monitors and maintains telecom systems performance.
• Document processes and maintain system records; additionally serves as a mentor to junior staff within the department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or
• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years preferred work experience.
• 5 years related work experience
• Strong understanding of VoIP and PBX systems.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.

Salary Range

$79,072.90 to $112,678.88 Annual

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
