Reports to      : Team Leader / First Line Supervisor (AM)

Location         : Mumbai

Duration         : Full Time

Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience in Market Research Data Processing Tabulation.
• Hands-on expertise in Quantum, SPSS, weighting, coding, and data merging.
• Experience managing 8-10 projects independently.
• Exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing studies.

Project Management (85%)

• Manage multiple projects within timelines with minimal supervision.
• Program surveys and ensure quality delivery using the FTR (First Time Right) approach.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain project quality standards.

Other Responsibilities (15%)

• Attend training and follow organizational processes.
• Manage programmatic platform updates.
• Support invoicing and project closure activities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Management preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and weekends.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability.
