About our role:  

Displayed pay range (base salary) is a guide and local market specific. The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on skill set and professional experience assessed throughout the interview process.

As part of the EMEA FP&A Team, you will support financial planning and analysis for the Professional Haircare business in the Nordics, partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Finance Director and senior stakeholders across the business. 

You will combine financial expertise with broad business acumen to provide insight beyond financial reporting. Through effective business partnering, commercial analysis and profitability assessment, you will help optimise financial performance and support informed decision-making. The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach, with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability for meeting deadlines. 

What you will do:  

Performance Management & Measurement 

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts and financial reporting. 
• Analyse sales, margin, cost centre and forecast variances, working with budget holders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify issues, opportunities and actions. 
• Support the annual budgeting process and preparation of audited financial statements. 
• Ensure accurate allocation of internal costs and effective management of cross-charges. 
• Provide timely financial and management information to support business performance and organisational objectives. 
• Maintain compliance with internal reporting requirements. 

Business Decision Support 

• Manage and analyse P&L performance across brands, countries, channels and sectors. 
• Provide commercial insight and recommendations, including opportunities to improve profitability and manage costs. 
• Support pricing, promotions, product launches and relaunches through profitability and financial impact analysis. 
• Support the GM and Leadership Team with monthly forecasting, business impact analysis and financial insights. 
• Act as a finance subject matter expert for Commercial and strategic projects. 
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders across the business. 

Planning & Budgeting  

• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to Regional and Global teams. 
• Partner with budget holders to prepare budgets and forecasts, interpret financial information and identify key business drivers. 
• Consolidate planning inputs and provide financial insight to support annual budgets and in-year reforecasts. 
• Drive the planning process from preparation through to submission and follow-up. 

What you will need 

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Ideally 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within an international, matrix organisation.
• Experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in the Nordics region is an advantage, with the ability to understand and navigate the local business environment.
• Fluency in, or the ability to communicate in, one or more Nordic languages is an advantage.
• FMCG experience is advantageous, particularly within a branded, product-led and consumer-focused organisation.
• Broad business acumen and the ability to connect financial performance with wider business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, organisational and presentation skills.
• A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate analysis into practical actions.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, support change and work effectively across teams.
• Creative, resourceful and confident in challenging and influencing stakeholders constructively.
